Dexie Caught it today!!!

I took her to west point lake today and for the first time she managed to catch the ball going off the dock. She was also getting more "pop" to her jumps. I think all the frisbee playing may be paying off. My goal for her this year is for her to start catching it or at least following the chase toy instead of jumping flat.

I think y'all are right about the frisbee- we try to play 2-4 times a week, so far more muscle for Sirius (who's addicted- you should see his amazing jumps to catch, as well as the amazing crashes! ), and more stamina for Jack- who is also "popping" more and is doing very well w/ vertical (4'6"! after he was tired too! )
